Vote for your favourite Etsy Designer 2015

Have you seen the finalists in this years Etsy Design Awards? “Etsy Design Awards celebrate the people of Australia and New Zealand who make Etsy.com a destination for great design”.

This year there are 54 finalists from all around Australia & New Zealand all hoping to be this year’s Community Choice Prize winner. The Community Choice winner will be flown to New York to visit the Etsy HQ, 5 nights accommodation, spending money and will be featured in the October issue of Inside Out magazine.

You can join in the judging process too and vote for your favourite in the Community Choice Prize – you could even win a $100 Etsy voucher for voting and supporting these amazing makers.

Getting excited for ProBlogger 2015

Four more sleeps till ProBlogger 2015! Yes, I’m excited! This will be my third #pbevent in a row and I’m just as excited as the first time!

For me the ProBlogger event is:

2 days of a huge inspiration over-load
about riding the wave of excitement – the buzz of sitting in a conference room full to the brim with like minded people who are all super excited about blogging! I just love the energy that runs through the room at Darren Rowse’s opening keynote speech
the time to put faces to names of all the amazing blogs I read
about yummy photo-worthy food – you should see everyone snapping away at the food displays
the time to fill up a notepad with a million super ideas, tips, tricks and actions to put into place when I get back from the conference
the place where it is ok to be on your phone all the time- tweeting, hash-tagging, snapping photos, commenting, sharing and networking!
