Travel Wish-list

Featured/ Guest Post

When youre a kid, everything is new and exciting. This can make for easy overseas holiday entertainment. A fun idea is to spend some time with your son or daughter and devise a holiday wish list. That way, every time you travel together as a family, your child has something to work towards ” and everyday becomes an educational adventure. To make it more visual, you could start a wish-list scrapbook and document every time a wish comes true. For older children, a travel blog is another possibility, where they can write about their experiences, share photos and posts with their friends online.

Watch Expedia’s video for more inspiration on creating the perfect adventures for you and your little ones and ticking wishes off that travel wish-list.

Santa's Beard Advent Calendar

A twist to the Christmas Advent Calendar

Christmas/ Craft/ DIY/ Play

There are lots of different crafty advent calendars, some more traditional than others and some with more calories than others too. But I just love this Christmas Countdown Santa from Love a Rhino.

All you need to do is print out a copy of Santa (with a colour printer if you have one), find a proud place to hang or stick up Santa and glue on a soft fluffy cotton ball each day counting down from December 1 till Santa has a full beard on Christmas Eve!

You can follow the link ‘here‘  to download the ‘Santa Beard Christmas Countdown Calendar’  from Love a Rhino.
